WHEREAS, FLAVIA L. BARKER has presented to the City Council
a Grant Deed, dated January 15, 1957, conveying property in the
City of Santa~ County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An Easement for street purposes over the following:
Beginning at ~ angle point on the Easterly line of Tract
No. 3113 as shown on a Nap recorded in Book 91, pages 20
and 21 of Miscellaneous Naps, records of OranKe County.
California, which point being North 0° ll' 28e East 416.16
feet Northly f~om the Southeast cor~er of said Tract No.
3113; thence along the Northerly boundary of said Tract
No. 3113, South 89° 59' 25" West 201.17 feet to a point
being on the Southerly extension of the Easterly line of
the land conveyed to the Orange Avenue Christian Church
by deed recorded December 7th, 1955 in Book 3306, page 581
of Official Records; thence along said line North 0° 14'
50" East 5~ 09 feet ~ the Northerly line of Bishop Street;
thence North 89° 33' 41" East pazmllel to the extension of
the center line of said Bishop Street to a point on the
Easterly line of the land conveyed to Flavia L. Ba~ker by
deed recorded Nay 24th, 1916 in Book 273, page 296 of Deeds;
thence Southerly along and on the Southerly extension of
said Easterly line of the land conveyed to Flavia L. Barker,
53.60 feet more or less to the point of beginning.
Grantors hereby dedicate all vehicular access rights on Bishop
Street to t he City of Santa Aha. Except the property front-
ing on Bishop Street shall have limited vehicular access, sub-
Ject to Council approval of length and width.
NOW, TP~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Couucil of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of l~rch
1957.
