~AS, ORANGE AVENUE CHRISTIAN CHURCH, a corporation
organized under the laws of the State of California, has presented
to the City Council a grant deed, dated July 26, 1956, without cash
consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An Easement for street purposes over the following:
A strip of land along the Easterly line of the Daniel
Halladay Tract, recorded in Book 1, Page 17 of Records
of Survey, Records of Orange County, described as fol-
lows:
Beginning at the Southeasterly corner of Parcel 1 of the
land conveyed to J. H. Pankey and wife by deed recorded
in Book 846, Page 302 of Official Records of Orange
County; thence along the Easterly line o f said land,
which line also being the Easterly line of the said
Daniel Halladay Tract, North 0° 14' 50" East, 382.62
feet; thence North 89° 33' 4l'' East, 9.46 feet to a
point being the beginning of a curve concave Southerly
and having a radius of 45.00 feet and a central angle
of 13° 31' 35"; thence Easterly along said curve 10.62
feet to a point 20.00 feet Easterly, measured right
angles from the Easterly line of said land conveyed to
J. H. Pax key and wife; thence para lel to said lando
South 0° l~' 50" West, 381.37 feet; thence South 89
33' 41" West, 20.00 feet to the point of beginning,
containing an area of 0.175 acres, more or less.
NOW, ~EREFO~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa
Ana accepts said deed and the Clerk of ~he Council is hereby in-
structed to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder
of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of March ,
1957.
