WHEREAS, W. F. CRODDYand MAURINE M. CRODDY have presented to
the City Council of the City of Santa Aha, a Grant Deed dated February
14, 1957, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange,
State ~ California, described as:
An Easement for the construction and maintenance of a water
main over
The Easterly 10.00 feet of the Northerly 300.47 feet of the
following:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of
Harbor Boulevard, and Talbert Avenue, and running thence
Northerly along said center line of Harbor Boulevard, 4258.91
feet; thence Easterly at right angles to said center line
of Harbor Boulevard, 50.00 feet; thence Southerly parallel
to said center line of Harbor Boulevard, to said center line
of Talbert Avenue; thence Westerly along said center line
of Talbert Avenue to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO:
1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1956-57.
2. Any covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements,
reservations, rights and rights of way of record,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Sm ta Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cs~se said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 4th day of ..~rch , 1957.
