WHEREAS, ANTON H. SEGERSTROM and NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, wife,
HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM and VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, wife, HENRY T.
SEGERSTROM and YVONNE de C SEGERSTROM, wife, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM,
JR. and JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, wife, ANN SEGERSTROM, and ANTON H.
and HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, Executors of the estate of FRED A. SEGERSTROM,
deceased, have presented to the City Council of the City of Santa Ana,
a Grant Deed dated Februar/ 18, 1957, conveying property in the City
of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for the construction and maintenance of a
water main over the Easterly 10.00 feet of the Northerly
282.00 feet of the following:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of Harbor
Boulevard and Talbert Avenue, and running thence northerly
along said center line of Harbor Boulevard, 3958-~ feet;
thence Easterly at right angles to said center line of
Harbor Boulevard, 50.00 feet; thence Southerly parallel to
said center line of Harbor Boulevard, to said center line
of Talbert Avenue; thence Westerly along said center line
of Talbert Avenue to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of March , 1957.
