RESOLUTION NO. 57-72 GRANTING VARIANCE OF RICHARD
V. ~, VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 873, WITHOUT
IMP~SING~ CONDITION AS RECOM~ENDED BY THE PLANNING
C0~ISSION
WHEREAS, on Variance Application No. 873, the Planning
Commission duly held a public hearing and recommended the granting
of a variance to per, nit a portion of the uses requested by im-
posing a condition that the use permitted was not to continue for
more than one year, and the Council, after consideration, dis-
agrees with the necessity for said condition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the variance as ap-
proved and recommended by the Planning Commission in their
Resolution No. 2015 be granted with the modification that there
shall be no limitLug period of one year upon the right to maintain
a combination office for manager and architect in the first unit
of the apartment building located at 1313 E. Washington Place,
and sll other conditions m d recommendations contained in said
Resolution No. 2015, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of April, 1957.
