RESOLUTION DECLARING "YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY" INTERSECTION:
RE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section ~Tl.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code of the City of Santa Ana, the City Council hereby declares the following
named intersections within the City of Santa Ama hereinafter described to be
"Yield-Right-of-way" intersections, to-wit:
PACIFIC STREET
At the intersection of Pacific Street and Wil]tts Street~
That a "Yield Right-of-Way" sign shall be erected at the intersection
above described directing traffic on Pacific Street to "yield" to
traffic om Willits Street
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the said signs to be
erected as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the ~st day of April , 1957.
