WHEREAS, MYRTLE I. BELCHER has presented to the City Council
a Grant Deed dated April 19 , 1957, in consideration of payment of
$7,000.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The East 13.5 feet of Lot ll and the West 28 feet of Lot l0
of Gildmacher's Addition to the Town of Santa Aha, in the
City of Santa Ana, County o f Orange, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 23, Page 37 of Miscellaneous Records,
in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles, Califor-
nia;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, Califomia.
