resolve and declare as follows:

That Worth 2roadway in said city from the North line of Hickey

It is heraby d~termined in pursuance of an Act of the Legis-
lature of the Stat~ of California entitled: "An Act to [rovide a
system of street improvement bonds to re!:resent certain ~ssess-
merits for the nest of street work an3l im?rovement within
I:a!it~es and alto for the payment of ~uch bonds" approved February
~7,1893, as thereafter amended, that bonds shall bo issued to
represent ass6sements of ~25.00 or over for the cost of said

Said Bo~ shall bs serial extending over a per~'od of n~ne
years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding the date
of issue thereof~ an ~sn ~roFortion of the principal swn of which
shall be i~ayabl~ annually on the 2nd day of JaRuary, of each
year, by coupon after their date until the whole are paid, and
to bear int*r~st at the rate of seven ~er c~nt Der ann~, pay-
able sem~-ann~lly by coupo, n on the 2nd daM of July and Jsnuary
respomtively of each and every year.

Tho Superintendent of Streets is hereby directed to
and publish "Notice of Street Work" as recruited by law.
