WHE ~REAS, JUANITA CANNOY has presented to the City Council a
0rant Deed dated April 2, 1957, with no cash consideration, con-
veying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
Easements for drainage purposes over a portion of Lot 7
of Tract ~o. 3105, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 95, Pages 45 and 46, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
said Orange County, described as follows:
Parcel 1: An easement for drainage purposes over a strip
of land, 5.00 feet in width, the Southwesterly line of which
is concentric w~th and 5.00 feet Northeasterly of the follow-
ing described line:
Beginning at an angle point in the Westerly li~e of Lot 7 of
said Tract No. 310~, said point being a point zn a curve,
concave ~outhwesterly, having a radius of 408a.50 fe~t,
the initial radial line at said point bears South 44 01'
40" West; thence Southeasterly along said curve, and along
the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7, through a central
angle of 1° 31' ~9", an arc distance of 109.04 feet to the
most Southe~y corner of said Lot 7.
Tho sidelines of said easement are to be lengthened or
shortened as to terminate in the Easterly and Westerly
lines of said Lot 7.
Parcel 2: An easement for drainage purposes over a strip
of land ~.00 feet in width, the Westerly line of which is
described as follows:
Beginning at the most Westerly corner of Lot 7 of said
Tract No. 310~, and running thence South 17° ll' 45" East
along the Westerly line of said lot, 147.3~ feet to an
angle point in said ~osterly line;
EXCEPTING THE~FRO~ that portion lying Southerly of the
Northeasterly line of Parcel 1 hereinabove described.
The side lines of said easement are to be lengthened or
shortened as to terninate in the Northeasterly line of Par-
cel i hereinabove described and in the northerly line of
said Lot 7.
NOW, THEREPORE, DE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha ac-
cepts said Deed and the ~lerk of the Council is hereby inst~cted to
cause said Deed to se recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
