STi~.T" FOR A CERTAIN SECTION OF UNNAMED ROADWAY
NOR~ OF FOURTH ST~T
WHEREAS, the constmction of the Santa Aha Freeway through
the City included e section of street ~eferred to as Frontage Road,
~mning northwesterly f~om Fourth Street, to Mabury Street; and
~HEREAS, the term, Frontage Road, in no way indicates loca-
tion and is a common term for many sections cf paved public highway
along and in connection with said Santa Aha Freeway tbmoug~ t~e City,
and it is desired that the section of roadws~ herein described be
designated by a distinguishing name;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the portion of public
street now known as Frontage Road, extending northwesterly from
Fourth Street to Mabu~y Street on the easterly side of the Santa Aha
Freeway, which is approximately 600 feet long, be given, and Shall
hereafter be known by the name of "MABURY STREET".
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of May, 1257.
