WHEREAS, ALFRED COVARRUBIAS AND NARCIA COVARRUBIAS, husb~ud and wife,
have presented to the City Council s grant deed dated April 15, 1957, with-
out cash consideration, conveying property In the City of SanZ~ Aha,, County
of Orange, State of Celifornia, described as:
That portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter
of Section Fourteen, Township Five South, Range Ten West, S.B.B.&M.,
described as follows:
An Easement for street and public utility purposes over a strip
of land 80.00 feet in width, the Southerly line of said 80.00-foot
strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of land described
in a Deed to Alfred Covarrubias and wife, recorded May 22nd,
1952 in Book 2333, page 48 of Official Records; thence
Easterly 230.00 feet to the Southeasterly corner of said
land of Alfred Cbvarrubias; the Northerly line of said 80.00-
foot strip to be lengthened or shortened so as to terminate
at the Westerly end with the Westerly line of said land of
~fred Covarrubias and at the Easterly end with the Easterly
line of said land of Alfred Covarrubias.
The Grantor hereby releases and relinquishes to the Grantee all abutter's
vehicular rights, including vehicular access rights, appurtenant to Grantor~s
remaining property, but not including pedestrian rights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts said
deed s~d the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said deed to
be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
