RESOLUTION NO. ACCEPTING GliNT DEED
~HEREAS, GEORGE HUSTED and FRANCES HUSTED have presented to the
City Council a Grant Deed dated May 8th, 1957, in consideration of pay-
ment of $5250.00 conveying p~operty in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot Twelve in Block A of Tract No. 233, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 13, Page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed amd the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
