WHEREAS, ORVILLE E. SEEBER and BESSIE SEEBER have presented to
the City Council a Grant Deed dated May 8th, 1957, in consideration
of payment of $1950.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot Eleven in Block B of Tract No. 233, aa shown on a Map
recorded in Book 13, Page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and~he Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 20th
