DATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON AMENDMENT APPLICATION
NO. 221 OF J. OGD~I
· HEREA~, on AmezdmmtApplication No. 221, requesting that an
R-3 Distx~ ct consisting of three lots, be rezc~ed to a C-2 District,
the Planning Commission recommended to the City Council a P-PK District
classification; and
WHEREAS, said property is bounded on the South and the East by
C-2 District, the Council finds that said request should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT ~ESOLVED THAT: The property described
in Amandment Application No. 221 should be classified as C-2-PK DiSt~Ict.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3r~ day of June, 1957.
