RESOLUTION NO. 57-147 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION
NO. 894 OF AY 0ND BY INPOSING CONDITION NOT
RECOMMENDED BY PLANNING CONNISSION
WHEREAS, on Vari~ce Application No. 894 the Planning Commission
after hearing reconnnended that the Variance be granted, but did not
recommend that the owner be required to repair approximately 50 square
feet of broken side walk, and ~he Council after consideration and
hea~ing believes and finds that said conditions should be imposed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~SOLVED: That the Varia~ ce as approwed
and reconn~ended by the Planning Commission by Resolution No. 2050
to permit the enclosing of a. breezeway between residence and garage,
on property situated at 2422 North Spruce Street, is hereby granted
on the condition that the owner replace the broken side walk on
Riviera Drive (approximately 50 square feet).
