~, HAROLD EB~LIN~ has presented to the City Council a
Grant Deed dated May 23, 1957, in consideration of the payment of
$5,000.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
That portion of the Jacob Ross Allotment beginning at a
point in the North line of Hickey Street, now Eighth Street,
300 feet West of the i~tersection of the West line of Artesia
Street with the North line of Hickey Street, as said streets
existed on N.ovember 20, 1996; thence West along the North
line of Hickey Street 101.b feet; thence North parallel with
the West line of Artesia Street, 125 feet; thence East paral-
lel with the North line of Hickey Street, 101.6 feet; and
thence South parallel with the West line of Artesia Street
125.00 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, ~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to
cause said Deed to be recorded with t he County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Cotmcil of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 3rd
