WHEREAB, ROBERT AGUILAR has presented to the City Council ·
Grant Deed dated May 6, 1957, in consideration of payment of $6500.00
conveying p~operty in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
Lot Fourteen in Block A of Tract No. 233, as shown on a
Map recorded in Book 13, Page 9 of MiscellaneousMaps,
Records of Orange County, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California~
