~f~E~A~, G'~AI~.'~ C. ~ISGO, has presented to the City Council
a Grant Deed dated Nay 20th, 1957, with no cash consideration, cc~-
veying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
An Easement ower the following for street purposes:
Parcel 1:
That portion of the southerly 50.00 feet of Section
2, To. ship 5 South, Range l0 West, bounded westerly by
the East line of College Avenue, and bounded easterly by
a line parallel with and 1675.18 feet westerly, measured
along the South line of said Section 2, from the East line
of said Section 2.
Excepting therefrom that portion included in Seventeenth
Street as conveyed to the City cf Sm% ta Ana.
Parcel 2.
A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded southerly by
Parcel 1, bounded westerly by the East line of College
Avenue, bounded northeasterly by the arc of a curve concave
northeasterly having a radius of 25.00 feet and tangent to
said North line of Parcel 1, and tangent to sM d East line
of Col~ ge Avenue.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clezk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cma se said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, Cal ifornia.
