WHEREAS, HARRY J. TANCREDI and MAY A. TANCREDI have presented
to the City Council a Grant Deed dated May 28, 1957, without cash con-
sideration, conveying ~operty in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California· described as:
An easement for street puz-poses over:
That portion of Lot 1, Block 10, of Resubdivision of Blocks
No. 10 and 11 in Santa Aha East as shown on a Map thereof
recorded in Book 24, Page 76, Miscellaneous Records of Los
Angeles County· California, bounded northerly by the North
line of Lot 1; bounded weste~y by the West line of said
Lot 1; bounded southerly by a line parallel with and 50.00
feet southerly (measured at right angles) frcm the center
line of Seventeenth Street; bounded easterly by a line par-
allel with and 81.1 feet westerly (measured along the north
line of said Lot 1) f~om the East line of said Lot 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That t he City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to c~a~se said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orenge
Count~ California.
