WHEREAS, LORAYNE LOPIZICH has presented to the City Council a
Grant Deed dated May 28, 1957, with no cash consideration, conveying
property in the City of Santa Aha, County of 0range, State of Cali-
fornia, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
land:
PARCEL 1: (a) Beginning at a point on t he South line of
Lot l, Block B of Goldsmith's Addition to the Town of Santa
Aha, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page 23,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, 10.00 feet
Westerly from the Southeast corner of said Lot l; thence
Northeasterly in a straight line ~o a point on the North
line of said Lot l, which is 5.22 feet Westerly from the
Northeast corner of said Lot l; thence Easterly along the
North line of said Lot i to the Northeast comer of said
Lot; thence Southerly along the East line of said Lot to
the Southeast corner of said Lot; thence Westerly along
the South line of said Lot, 10.00 feet to the point of be-
ginning; and
b) The Northerly 5 feet of the Easterly l0 feet of Lot l,
Block B, said Goldsmith's Addition, except that portion ly-
ing within Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and the Clenk of the Council is hereby instmcted
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, Cal iforula.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 17thday of June, 1957. /
