WHEREAS, ELNORAN, INC., a Corporation, has presented to the City
Council a Grant Deed dated June 2~th, 1957, without cash consideration,
conveying property in t he City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Fairview Avenue
.192.00 feet West of the intersection of the center lines of
said Fairview Avenue and Bristol Street, and running thence
North 89° 58' 49" West 300.00 feet along said center line of
Fairview Avenue; thence South 0° 13' 29" East 42.00 feet;
thence South 89° 58' 49" East 300.00 feet; thence North 0o
13' 29" West 42.00 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion thereof previously granted
for Fairview Avenue.
Also hereby granting and surrendering all vehicular access
rights to Fairview Avenue from the lands lying South of the
South line of th~ property above described, excepting Grantor
reserves all vehicular access right from said lands to said
Fairview Avenue over those portions of the property above des-
cribed as follows: (a) The West 35.00 feet of the East 64.20
feet. (b) The West 35.00 feet of the East 283.10 feet.
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
'accepts said Deed aud t he Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, Callfo~nia.
