NO. 57-194 ACCEPTING GRANT DEED
FROM SANTA ANA HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT OF
ORANGE COUNTY
WHEREAS, SANTA ANA HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY
has presented to the City Council a grant deed dated July 9, 1957,
without cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa
Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Parcel 1. The Southerly 25.00 feet of Lots 80 and 81 of
RePlat of Santa Ana Acres as shown on a map recorded in Book 5,
Page 8, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.
Parcel 2. A strip of land bounded Westerly by the East line
of said Lot 81, bounded Easterly by the center line of Raitt St.,
as shown on said map, bounded Southerly by the Easterly extension
of the South line of Parcel 1., and bounded Northerly by the East-
erly extension of the North line of Parcel 1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on~tth~_~.Sth day of July, 1957.
