RESOLUTION NO. ~7-19~
RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS OR OBJECTIONS TO
REPORT OM STREET SUPERINTENDENT, APPROVING RE~0RT
AND ORDERING A COPY THEREOF FILE~ WITH THE TAX
COLLECTOR
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Aha did, on
the 1st day of April, 1957, pass Resolution No. 57-80, determining
and declaring that weeds which bear seeds of a wingy or downy
nature and which attain such a large growth as to become a fire
menancs when dry and which Sme noxious and dangerous were growing
upon the streets, sidewalks, and private property in the City
of Santa Ana, described in the itemized report submitted herewith; and
WHEREAS, on the 20th day of Nay,~ 19~?, the City Council
further passed Resolution No. ~7-128, ordering the Street Superintendent
of said City to abate such public nuisance; and
WHEREAS, the said Street Superintendent has given notice
as reGuired by law, in which notice the ~th day of August, 1957, at
the houI. of ?:30 o'clock P.N., was fixed as the time, and the
Council Chamber of the City Hall of said City as the place, where
any and all persons interested in the said report might be heard; and
WHEREAS, at the time set the Street Superintendent submitted
the said report, and all of said protests or objections to said
report having been heard; and
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Analthat all of said protests or objections to the said
report of the work done, be, and the same are hereby, overruled,
and the report affirmed; and that

Tax Collector.
