W~S, BETS~ }QtTHRYN GOODART, a married woman, has presented to
the City Council a Grant Deed dated July 26, 1957, in the sum of $8,600.00,
conveyin~ property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Lot 21 of the George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in book 25, page 62,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at
its regular meeting held on the
