WHEREAS, AMANDA E. WOHRLEY has presented to the City Council
a Grant Deed dated July 31, 1957, in consideration of payment of
$12,850.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The East 70 feet of Lots 23 and 24 of the George W. Fords
Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 25, Page 62, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California,
NON, %StEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Arm
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
