WHEREAS, MARY E. NORRIS has presented to the City Council a
Grant Deed d~ed July 31, 19%7, in consideration of the payment of
$9,000.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
0r~ge, State of C~ifornia, described as:
Lot 14 of the George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Aha,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 25, Page ~2,
Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause s~ d Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular me. eting held on the 19th ~ of August ~ 1957.
