~HEREAS, HENRY B. HASKELL and ELEANOR HASKELL, have presented
to the City Council a Grant Deed dated August l~, 19~7, in considera-
tion of p~yment of ~12,~00.00, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lots 23 and 24 or the George W. Fo~d's Addition to Santa
Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 25, Page
62 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, Cali-
fornia; EXCEPTING therefrom the East ?0 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clezk of the Council is hereby instrncted
to cause said Deed to be recorded wi~h the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the ~
