RESOLUTION NO. ~?-232 GRANTING VARIANCE ON RESNICOFF
APPLICATION N0.--~-~-, W~RE PLANNING COMMISSION RECOM-
~ENDED DENIAL
WHEREAS, heretofore on Application No. 912, the Planning Com-
mission regularly held a public hearing on due notice, and recommended
to the City Council that the variance requested be denied, and
WHEREAS, after hearing and consideration of the facts the City
Council finds that special circumstances exist and property rights
allowed to other properties are denied to this property, and that
said variance should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council hereby
grauts a variauce to apply to property in the City of Ssnta Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as
Lot ~2, Block "A't of Realty Subdivision of Lot
i of McFadden-Wilson Tract,
to permit the removal of the existing garage and lean-to on the back
of ssid property and to construct two duplexes of one bedroom each,
in strict accordance with the plot plan submitted to the Planning
Commission, on the c c~dition that all
?~ square feet) be replaced, and that
feet of broken curb be replaced; that
broken sidewalk (approximately
