WHEREAS, JOSEPH E. POPE and MAE POPE, have presented ~ the City
Council a Grant Deed dated August 26, 1957, in consideration of pay-
ment of $12,000.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 15 of the George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, in the
City of Ss~ta Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded in
Book 25, Page 62, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cs~se said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
