WHEREAS, J. A. TARPLEY has presented to the City Council a
Grant Deed dated August 26, 19~?, in consideration of p~yment of
$25,000.00, conveying property in the City of S~nta Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 13 of the George W. Ford's Addition to S~ata Ana, in
the City o£ Sm ta Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 25, Page 62, Niscellaneous RecOrds of Lm Angeles
County, Cd ifornia,
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT P~SOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of 0range
County, California.
