KE--R~RE PLANNING COMNISSION RECOM~J~NDED DENIAL I~tEREAS, the Planning Commission, after hearing, on due notice, recommended that Vari~ce Application No. 920 be denied, and V~TEREAS, the City Council, after due consideration and hearing has determined that the granting of said Variance would not be detri- mental to the health, safety, or property values in the community and that special circumstances exist because of the location of the existing buildings on the property in question; NOW, THEREFORE gE IT RESOLVED, that the Variance as applied for by Application No. 920 to affect property inthe City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Lot 8, Block D, Tract 638, be granted to allow tae construction of a single .family residence, to be 2~ x 29 feet outside dimension, to be detached from the exist- ing building, and to be located upon said lot exactly as shown in the plot plan and filed with the Planning Commission on condition that approximately 6 lineal feet of broken curb be repaired.
