RESOLUTION NO. 57-P~3 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION
0F RAtq~0ND W. KE--R~RE PLANNING COMNISSION RECOM~J~NDED
DENIAL
I~tEREAS, the Planning Commission, after hearing, on due notice,
recommended that Vari~ce Application No. 920 be denied, and
V~TEREAS, the City Council, after due consideration and hearing
has determined that the granting of said Variance would not be detri-
mental to the health, safety, or property values in the community
and that special circumstances exist because of the location of the
existing buildings on the property in question;
NOW, THEREFORE gE IT RESOLVED, that the Variance as applied
for by Application No. 920 to affect property inthe City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 8, Block D, Tract 638,
be granted to allow tae construction of a single .family residence,
to be 2~ x 29 feet outside dimension, to be detached from the exist-
ing building, and to be located upon said lot exactly as shown in the
plot plan and filed with the Planning Commission on condition that
approximately 6 lineal feet of broken curb be repaired.
PASSED dUD ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of September, 19~7.
