DELIVERY OF QUIT CLAIM DEED TO PERMIT DRIVEWAY
ACCESS TO FIRST STREET
WHEREAS, the City has acquired from abutting property owner
all vehicular access rights to First Street from the property here-
in below described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby dir-
ected to execute and deliver a Quit Claim Deed to the m~2~Invest-
ment Company granting vehicular access rights to and from First
Street over the westerly 35.00 feet of the easterly ll3.14 feet of
the real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as follows:
The northerly 300.00 fees of the westerly 300.00 feet of
Lot 56, in Tract No. 2752, as shown on a map recorded in
Miscellaneous Map Book 79, Page 31, Records of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of September,
