i~O. 234 OF ROBERT GROGAN FOR CHANGE OF ZONE WITHOUT
PREJUDICE ~
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended a change of
zone, as requested by Amendment Application No. 234, and the City
Council finds that such zone change would not at this time be in the
public interest;
NOW, ~IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
to take action to change the zone as requested on Amendment
No. 23~ at this time, but declares that this action is without prejud-
ice to the applicant or owners of the property involved for ~e filing
of or requesting reconsideration of t~e Plaaning Commission or City
Co~aoil regarding property affected by said application at a~y time
upon the grounds of any change of circumstances affecting the same,
and no waiting period should necessarily apply to this matter.
