RESOLUTION DECLARING "YIELD RIGHT-of-WAY" INTERSECTION:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section &71.1, and Section 3~01 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code of the City of Santa Ana, the City Council hereby declares the following
named intersection within the City of Santa Ana hereinafter described to be
"Yield Right-of-Way" intersection· to-wit;
BISHOP STREET
At the intersection of Bishop Street and Halladay Street
That a "Yield-Right-of-Way" sign shall be erected at the intersection
above described, directing traffic on Bishop Street to "Yield" to the
traffic on Halladay Street.
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be erected
as hereinabove described.
