CONC~ING PARKING LI~LITATIONS AND CUrB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEH~ITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code, the City declares that portion of Resolution No. 2~84 dated April 6, 1936,
and ordering the curb painted RED, as follows:
BROADWAY
On the east side of Broadway between~g~-e~ Street and Sixth Street, as follows.'
South 20 feet of the north 239 feet
On the west side of Broadway between Eighth Street and Sixth Street, as follows:
South 37 feet of the north 384 feet
~re hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT ALSO RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California, Section 459.2, and Section 3224 of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code, the City Council declares that the crosswalk described as follows:
On Broadway 135 feet north of Sixth Street
shall be ellmtuated, and the Director of p~blic Works is hereby directed to cause
the paint to be removed and the crosswalk to be eliminated at the location next
hereinabove described.
