EASEMENTS FOR S~-~ PURPOSES ON DELHI ROAD AND
HALL&DAY STREET
WHEREAB, the people whose names appear below have delivered
to the City of Santa Aha deeds granting easements for the purpose
of wide~ing Delhi Road, in consideration of a cash payment in an
amount set opposite each name, as follows:
Jesus Gallegos and Maura Carillo GaLlegos

Octaviano Camarillo and Julia Camarillo
J. Wayne Harrison and Kathryn L. Harrison

WHEREAS, the people whose names appear below have delivered to
the City of Santa Aha deeds granting easements for the.purpose of
widening Hal laday Straet, in consideration of a cash payment in an
amount set opposite each name, as follows:
Pascual Perez and Maria Perez 136.00
Jesus O. Gallegos and Doloras G. Gal~gos 143.00
Lupe P. Jimenez 103.00
Mary Chavez, Marcellino Chavez and Fermin Chavez 15.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is
directed to place his certificate of acceptance on each deed, and the
Clerk of the Council is directed to cause said deeds to be recorded
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Arm
at its regular meeting held on the __
