RESOLUTION CONCER~I~G PARKING L~TATION.~ AND CURB MARKIMGS I~ ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State
of California, Section ~59.8, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha N~nicipal Code, the
City declares Resolution No. 57-]l:!, adopted Ma~v 20, 1957, and Resolution No. 57-20~,
adopted the 5th day of August, 1957,~ to be repealed a~d rescinded, and the Director
of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the "10 PARKING OR STOPPING" signs to be
removed.
BE IT FURTHE~ RESOLVED. That pursuant to the provisions of Section ~59.8,of~the
~ehicle Code of the State of California, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code, the City Council hereby establishes parking ]~m!tations and reg~!ations set
forth in Section 3216 of the Santa Aha N~cipal Code, as follows:
FIRST STREET
1. B~Ja sides of First Street between the west property line of Olive Street and the
west property line of Garnsey Street.
2. North side of First Street between 500 feet east of the cente~ line of Bristol
Street to 2~6 feet west of the west property line of Bristol Street.
3. South side of First Street between 500 feet east of the center line of Bristol
Street ~o 150 feet west of the west property line of Bristol Street
and the street shall be posted ,,NO PARKING OR STOPPING" between 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M.;
and between ~:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.N,; and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause said street to be posted as next hereinabove described.
