EASENEi~TS FOR STREET PURPOSES ON NORTH BRISTOL
STREET BETWEEN WASHINGTON AND SEVENTEENTH STREET
~R{EREAS, the people whose names appear below have delivered
to the City of Santa Aha deeds granting easements for the widening
of North Bristol Street between Washington and Seventeenth Street,
in consideration of the cash payment in an amount set opposite each
grantor's name. The property conveyed in said deeds was involved
in an action in Eminent Domain filed in the 0range County Superior
Court as Case No. 68793. Grantors' n~es and the amounts of cash
consideration in each case are as follows:
Ellen Thompson
William W. Foote and Ellen Foote
Tilghman A. Taylor and Katheryne T. Taylor
Marguerite Young, who acquired title as Marguer-
ite Kellogg, and Ethlyn Preufer

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City,s designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Accept~ce on each deed, and
the Clerk of the Council is directed to cause said deeds to be re-
corded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the __
