HomeMy WebLinkAbout57-302CO&CE~IMG PARXIMGLI~ITATi~S A~D CURB~GS IM ACCO~DAMCETHE~E~ITH: BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section k72, and Section3~O1 of the Santa Aua Municipal Code, the City declares that portion of Resolution No. 3518, adopted on the 18th day of November, 19~6, and ordering the curb painted l~z~W~ as follows: On the west side of Main S~eree~ beSweeu Tenth Street and Washington AveroAe, as follows: North 36 feet of the south 167 feet also, that portion of Resolution No. 2A86, adopted on the 5th day of October, 1936, and ordering the curb painted YELLOW, as follows: 0~ the west side of Main Street between Tenth Street and E~ghth Street (known as Church Street at the time of adoption of Resolution No. 2486), as follows: South 18 feet of the north 32 feet are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
