A BASIC COMPENSATION PI~N ~OR CERTAIN CLASSES OF EMPLOY-
MENT IN THE MUNICIPAL SERVICE OF THE CITY OF SA]~TA AMA,
AND ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS ~.0R T[~E PLACE%IENT OF PRESENT
E~PLOYEES WITHIN THE WAGE AND SALARY SCHEDULE PROVIDED"
WHEREAS, on December 26, 1951, t.ae Board of Trustees of the City
of Santa Ana passed and adopted Resolution No. 5114 establishing a
basic compensation plan for certain classes of employment in the serv-
ice of the City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class of employment and
allocate the same to the salary and wage schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution
No. 5114 be, and the same is, hereby amended by adding to the list of
Class Titles the Class Title of "Duplicating ~achins Operator" immed-
iately following the ClassTitle of "Draftsman", and by allocating
thereto Sala. ry aud Wage Schedule No. 24.
