OF CALIFORNIA [~R T~ GRANTING OF ~h% EASE~ENT FOR
STREET PURPOSES FOR THE WIDENING OF DELHI ROAD
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana deeded to the State of California,
witmout cash consideration, certain property fronting on Delhi Road to
provide a building site for the construction of a Na~t~n~a~._,.~Gu~ar~.~pry,
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the southerly l0 feet of
said property is necessary for tne widening progrmn along Delhi Road,
and the State ~f California has offered to the City a grant of ease-
ment in agreement ferm conveying an easement for street purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT EESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
hereby accepts the grant of easement from the State of C~lifornia,
and agrees to the terms thereof conveying an easement for street pur-
poses over that certain property in the City of Santa Aha, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
The south lO.00 feet of the west l~0.00 feet of the most
northerly 20.00 feet of Lot l, Block 2, in Tract No. 39,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in l~iscellaneous Map
Book 9, Page 37, records of Orange County, California,
and the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby instructed
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and to return the
same to the State for execution on behalf of the State.

at a Special Meeting held
