FOR STREET PURPOSES ALONG THE WESTERLY SIDE OF HALLADAY
STREET IM~EDIATELY NORTH OF CENTRAL STBk'~T
WHEREAS, THE RO~AN CATHOLIC ARC~BISHOP OF LOS ANGELES has
executed and delivered through escrow, inc onsideration of cash
payment by City, in amount of $812.00, a deed granting easement
for street purposes for the widening of Halladay Street over that
certain property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
PARCEL 1. The easterly 15.50 feet of the southerly 162.50
feet of the most easterly portion of Lot l, Block 2, Tract
No. 39 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous
Nap Book 9, Page 37, Records of Orange County, California.
PARCEL 2. The easterly 15.50 feet of Lot 2, in said Block 2.
PARCEL 3- A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded southerly
by the south line of said Lot 2, bounded easterly by the west
line of Parcel 2, bounded northwesterly by the arc of a curve
concave northwesterly, having a radius of 25.00 feet and tan-
gent to said south line of Lot 2, and ts~gent to said west line
of Parcel 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That
accepts smd deed and Carl J. Thornton, the

City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance thereon, and the
Clerk of the Council is directed to cause said deed to be recorded
by the Security Title Insurance Company, with the County Recorder of
0tau ge County, California.

Ana at its Special Meeting held on the 30th day of December
1957.
