WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC CONPANY FOR INSTALLATION OF FLASH-
ING LIGMT SIGNALS AT THE NcFADD~I~ STREET RAILROAD CROSSING
WHEREAS, the necessity for flashing light signals at the inter-
,action of McFadden Street with the Southem Pacific railroad track
ha's been determined, snd agreement has been reached for the equsl sharing
of cost of said installation;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
of the Council are hereby directed to
ihat the ~,!ayor and the Clerk
execute that certain agreement
to provide for the installation of said flashinM light signals, to be
located as shown on a drawing attached to said agreement; one-half of
the inst~lation cost to be borne by the City, and said signals to be
maintained by the Southern Pacific Company.
