~SOLUTION DECLARL~G,,,,YT~;L~ RIGHT_OF_WAY,, INTEHSECTION:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section ~71.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code of the City of Santa Aha, the City Council hereby declares the following named
intersection within the City of Santa Aha hereinafter described to be "Yield-
Right-of-Way" intersection, to-wit:
HOBAE~ STREET
At the intersection of Hobart Street and Cypress Avenue
That a "Yield Right-of-Way" sign shall be erected at the intersection
above described, directing traffic on Hobart Street to "Yield" to the
traffic on Cypress Avenue;
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be erected
as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOfTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 6th
