CO~ICERNING P~fitKIEG LIMITAT~oNS AND CUP~B MARKINGS .~ ACCORDANCE THEP~WITH:
B~ IT it~SOLV~D: That pureuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 472, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code, the City declares that portion of Resolution No. 39~4, adopted on the 5th
day of June, 1950, and ordering the curb painted y~.LLOW, as follows:
w~ST FIFTH STR~T
On the North side of West Fifth Street between Birch Street and Broadway, located
as follows:
The Easterly 22 feet of the Westerly 22~ feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
BE IT FURTHE~ ~LV~D: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California and Section 3301 of the Santa _~na Municipal Code, the
City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as follows:
One parking meter on the north side of Broadway, between Fifth Street and
Sixth Street, to be designated as a twenty-four (24) minute meter.
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install signs indicating
the time limit as next hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOrTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the 6th day of January ., 1958.
