A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, APPROIrING MAP OF
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
DELHI ROAD AND OTHERS IN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the certain plat or map No. AD 197,
Sheet No. l, prepared by the City Engineer of said City of Santa
Ana showing the boundaries of the proposed assessment district
and also showing all of the lots or parcels of land included within
said district for the improvement of:
Delhi Road beSween the center line of Main Street and a
point 159.49 feet ~ east of the center line of Evergreen Street;
Flora Street between the center line of Main Street and a
point 330 feet ~ east of the center line of Cypress Avenue;
Flora Street between the center line of Halladay Street and
the center line of Evergreen Street;
Central Avenue between the center line of Main Street and a
point 149 feet $ east of the center line of Evergreen Street;
Adams Street between the center line of Cypress Avenue and
the center line of Evergreen Street;
Emmett Street between the center line o£ Halladay Street and
a point 15~.50 feet $ east of the center line of Evergreen
Street; --
Cypress Avenue between the center line of Flora Street and
a point 174.0B feet $ south of the center line of Adams
Street; --
Orange Avenue between the center line of Central Avenue and
the south property line of South Santa Aha Tract;
Measor Street between the center line of Central Avenue and
the center line of Adams Street;
Halladay Street between the center line of Delhi Road and
a point 158.21 feet ~ south of the center line of Emmett
Street; and --
Evergreen Street between the center line of Delhi Road and
the center line of Emmett Street,
all in the City of Santa Ana, be and the same hereby is adopted
and approved for such work and improvement.

of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana held on the 6th day of January, 1958, by the affirmative
vote of at least four councilmen, to wit:
