WHEREAS, ALBERT BRUNING and BLANCHE BRUNING have presented to
the City Council a Grant Deed dated January 22, 1958, in consideration
of payment of $20,400.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
PARCEL l: Beginning at the Southeast corner of the land con-
veyed to N. F. Andrews and wife by deed recorded January 30,
19~8 in Book 1611, at Page 384 of Official Records of Orange
County, California, said point being in the center line of
West First Street and the South line o f Section 10, Township
~ South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and ~eridian,
distant South 89° 34' 00" West 880.03 feet west of the South-
east comer of said Section, and running thence North O0° 01,
15" West, along the East line of said land conveyed to Andrews
and its Northerly prolongation, 652.74 feet to the North line
of the land conveyed to Albert Bruning and Fife by deed record-
ed May 12, 1947 in Book 1514, Page 36~, Off~cial Records of
said Orange County; thence North 89° ~4' 00" East, along said
North line, 100 feet; thence South OOv 01' l~'t East parallel
with said East line of said land conveyed to Andrews and its
Northerly prolongation, 6~2.74 feet to said South line of
Section 10; thence South 89° 3~' 00" West 100 feet to the point
of beginning.
PARCEL 2: Beginning at a point in the center line of West
First Street and the South line of Section 10, Township 5 South,
Raonge l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, distant South
89 3~' 00" West 760.00 feet of the Southeast corner of said
Section, and running thence South 89° 34' 00" West along said
South line, 20.03 feet to a point distant North 89° 34' 00"
East 100 feet of the Southeast corner of the land conveyed to
N. F. Andrews and wife by deed recorded January 30, 1948, in
Book 1611, Page 384, Official Records of Orange County, C~i-
fornia; thence North 00o 01, l~" West psr allel with the East
line, and its Northerly prolongation, of said land conveyed to
Andrews 330.00 feet to the Westerly prolongation of the North
line of the land described in Parcel i in the deed to Harold
M. Zeiger and wife recorded December 23, 1949, in Book 1944,
Page 3~1 of Official Records of said Orange County; thence
North 89° 34' 00" East, along said Weste~y prolongation, to
the Northwest corner of said land; thence South 0° 06' 45" East
330.00 feet to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREF0~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
