STREET PURPOSES
WHEREAS, R0¥AL E. HUBBARD and MARGARET B. HUBBARD have p~esented
to the City deed dated November 4, 1957, conveying an easement for street
purposes for the widening of Bristol Street on the East side, between
Eighth Street and Washington, in consideration of payment of the sum of
~476.80, and
WHEREAS, ROBERT VALDEI~AR and GUADALUPE VALDEMAR have presented to
the City a deed dated September 23, 1957, conveying an easem~t for
street pu~0oses to widen Halladay Street on the East side, South of
Central Avenue, in consideration of the p~ment of ?244.00,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City hereby accepts said
deeds, authorizes the pa?ment of said consideration through escrow
heretofore opened in each case, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's desig-
nated agent, is directed to place upon each of said deeds a Certificate
of Acceptance.
