BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section ~Tl.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code of the City of Santa .~na, the City Council hereby declares the
following named intersections within the City of Santa Ana hereinafter described
to be "Yield Right-of-Way" intersections, to-wit:
BISHOP ~T~
At the intersection of Bishop Street and Ross Street
At the intersection of Van Ness Avenue and Bishop Street
At the intersection of Patton Street and Bishop Street
At the intereection of Garnsy Street and Bishop Street
That a "Yield Right-of-way" sign shall be erected at each of the
above intersections, directing traffic on Ross Street, Van Ness Avenue,
Parton Street and Garnsey Street to "Yield" to the traffic on Bishop Street;
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be erected
as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
