~.~tEREAS, LOVELL L. TASCH and PHYLLIS D. ~have presented
to the City Council a Grant Deed dated February 5, 1958, in consid-
eration of paMment of ~4~4.00, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
~1 easement for street purposes over the Westerly 10 feet
of Lot 17 of Tract No. 863, in the City of Santa Rna, County
of Orange, State of California, as pe~ map recorded in
26, Page 30 of Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the
County Recorder of said County.
NOW, THEREPORE, 1BE IT RESOLVED: %~at the City of Sma ta Ana
accepts s~d deed and Carl J. Thornton, tho C~ty's designated agent,
is directed to p~ce his Certificate of Acceptsnce on said deed,
